It's fine I guess, I go here to clean my car but the vacuums sometime don't work and some of the buttons on the washers don't work, it's always kinda busy but no one bothers me while I'm polishing my car so it's not the worst

FIX THE AUTO CAR WASH!!! I drive here from downtown Raleigh after living in Cary and going here for years. I want touchless, which is hard to find. Lately, nozzles aren't working in the automatic. Would give 5 stars if everything was maintained. FOX THE UNDERCARRIAGE WASH!!!

Best self service wash, always coming back. This time I was lucky enough to meet Ty, I believe he manages this location. Super great guy and he assisted me well. I was about to put a product (that I brought from home) on my HOT paint. He advised to let it cool to avoid hurting my paint/ clear coat. On a new truck… so happy he told me that and saved me from a potential issue. Best self service car was in Cary.

So let’s start with the fact that the change machine isn’t quarter operated, its token which is non refundable. Each wash is $4.00 and money comes in the form of 1’s , 5’s, 10’s and 20’s I put in 10 dollars and got 2 washes leaving me 2 extra tokens that are useless can’t even use it for the accessories machine to put it towards something. Now each wash is 4 minutes and instead of getting into giving the car a good wash this experience is basically a work out of how fast you can rinse, scrub and rinse your car before the time runs out with half assed equipment Below is the pictures of what an 8 minute wash gets you DONT BOTHER COMING HERE AND WAISTING YOUR MONEY

Excellent car wash. Love to wash my cars here overnight. Good lighting and wash stations have payment card readers that work. Enjoyed talking with Anthony this morning. He was very helpful and kept the place clean. Always a great experience.
